Sally'S Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 to 4 oz. sour cream (mayonnaise will substitute)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 green onions, grated (1 Tbsp. dry minced onion will substitute)
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, sour cream, salt, onions and mustard.
    Add grated Cheddar cheese.
    Refrigerate if not to be used soon. Flavors blend better if made a day ahead and refrigerated.
    Allow to soften before serving as it is easier to spread.
    Serve with Melba toast or other crackers.
