Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. red pepper
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Be sure to press seams together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix.
    Spread on crust.
    Finely chop vegetables and gently mix in bowl.
    Press onto cream cheese to form top layer.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
