Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken livers
    water chestnuts
    bacon slices
    soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut chicken livers in half.
    Saute slightly with butter, soy sauce and garlic salt to taste.
    Fry bacon slices slightly.
    Take 1 chicken liver, 1 water chestnut and wrap strips of bacon around them.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Place under broiler until bacon is crisp, turning once.
