Fried Rice Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 stalks ???
    1 large can bean sprouts
    4 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown vegetables in 1/2 stick of margarine until tender.
    Cook 2 cups of Minute rice; add to vegetables with 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
    While this is warming, fry 2 eggs.
    Mash very fine, then add to rice and vegetables.
    (This freezes beautifully.)
