Dot Garnett'S Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can LeSueur peas
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can white Shoepeg corn
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 large jar chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Drain all water from canned vegetables.
Mix all ingredients well and then mix the salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar and water. Pour over the vegetables.
Lightly mix again.
Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Drain and serve.
