Orange Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 or 4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. Crisco
    juice of 2 oranges and their rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix like a pie crust.
    Put rind with dry ingredients.
    Make a hole in the dough and put in eggs and juice.
    Dough should be soft like a pie crust.
    If more liquid is needed for dough, milk may be added.
    Roll into small balls for they get bigger while baking.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown. Frost, leave plain or cover with chocolate jimmies.
