Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread
    4 c. ham, bacon or sausage
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Butter\tbread
    and
    place, buttered side down, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Using half of the ham, make a layer over bread.
    Using
    half
    the
    cheese,
    repeat.\tBeat
    together the eggs,
    milk
    and
    mustard and pour over layers and refrigerate overnight.\tBake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
