Squash Palermo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium yellow squash
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, cheese and garlic together and set aside. Oil an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with 3 tablespoons olive oil. Layer bread crumbs and squash in dish, starting with crumbs and ending with crumbs on top. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top of ingredients in dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
