1-2-3 Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. fine grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. prepared mix (Bisquick)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pinch off enough mixture to make 1-inch balls.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or roll out dough and cut into small biscuits and bake.
These freeze well.
Bake first and then reheat.
Makes 30.
