Cinnamon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast softened in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat well all ingredients and drop by spoon fulls into lightly oiled muffin tins, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Let rise, then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
