German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs (3 if small)
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil together until foamy.
    Add sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, soda and salt.
    Mix well.
    When smooth, mix in apples and nuts.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Frost with the frosting or Coconut Pecan Icing recipe.
