Birds Nest(Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick slice bread
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut a hole in the middle of the piece of bread, large enough to contain the egg yolk.
    Melt margarine in skillet and brown bread on one side.
    Flip and carefully crack egg, dropping it into the hole so as not to break the yolk.
    Cover skillet and simmer slowly until egg firms.
