Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves Pepperidge Farm white bread
    2 cans asparagus spears
    1/2 lb. crumbled Bleu cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut crusts off bread and roll each slice flat.
    Combine cheeses, egg and mayonnaise.
    Spread mixture on slices.
    Place one piece of asparagus in each.
    Roll up and slice in thirds.
    Dip in melted butter.
    Arrange on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or freeze on cookie sheet, then bag and save for future use.
