Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with electric mixer.
    Beat until blended; smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool.
