Oatmeal Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
1/3 c. flour (wheat germ or bran)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oleo
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Cut oleo in dry ingredients until crumbly.
Press firmly into sides and bottom of pie plate.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Cool and fill with desired filling (suggestions are lemon filling, any fruit thickened or milk pudding).
