Lupe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, just starting to ripen
    1 medium onion
    4 to 5 ribs celery
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers
    5 to 6 lemons
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes, chop onions, celery and peppers; mix together salt and pepper.
    Squeeze the juice from the lemons and pour over mixture.
    It may take more or less lemon juice.
    It's mainly to taste.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
