Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt until crumbly.
    Mix beaten egg, vinegar and water.
    Add liquid mixture to flour mixture; stir until soft dough forms.
    Makes approximately 5 single crusts, depending on thickness.
