Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can apricots, drain, cut up and save juice
1 (No. 2) can pineapple, drain and save juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water and 1 c. mixed juices
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
1 c. juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Dream Whip
chopped nuts or shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add juice; add apricots, pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill until set.
In double boiler, mix sugar, flour, egg, juice and butter.
Cook until thick, then cool.
Fold in Dream Whip.
Spread on top of Jell-O.
If desired, put nuts or cheese on top.
