Ranch-Style Frijoles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. each: diced onion and seeded and chopped mild green chili
    1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    3/4 c. drained canned Italian tomatoes with liquid, seeded and diced (reserve liquid)
    6 oz. rinsed and drained canned pinto beans
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 corn tortilla (6-inch diameter), toasted in oven and cut into 6 wedges
Preparation
    In casserole, combine onion, chili pepper and oil; stir. Microwave on High 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes with liquid, beans, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
    Stir.
    Microwave on High 3 minutes.
    Serve with 3 tortilla wedges.
    Serves 2.
