1/2 oz. butter
4 oz. flour
pinch of salt
1 egg
10 oz. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage in butter.
Arrange both in baking dish.
Sift together flour and salt.
Whisk egg and milk.
Combine together; pour over sausage.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
Serve immediately with gravy.
