Chicken Cutlets(Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken (skinless and boneless)
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Pound chicken to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
    Combine the egg, milk and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese in one bowl.
    In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of the cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Dip each cutlet first into the egg wash and then into the bread crumb mixture.
    Press the cutlets gently so that the crumbs will adhere to the meat on both sides.
