Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. plain flour (you will need a little extra)
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat the first 4 ingredients on medium until Crisco has melted.
    The mixture needs to be warm but not hot.
    Remove from heat and mix in 2 cups of flour, yeast and eggs (already beaten). Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Let rise 1 hour and punch down.
    Make out rolls; let rise 30 minutes and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 24 rolls, depending on size.
