Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix bread crumbs with salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly pound each chicken breast and dip in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Brown quickly in hot oil and remove to casserole. Remove excess oil.
    Add tomato sauce and spices to skillet.
    Heat to boiling, then simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add butter and pour this over chicken.
    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with grated Mozzarella cheese and bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
    Serves 4 generously.
