Egg Salad Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
lettuce leaves
4 croissants, split
Preparation

In small bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and relish until well blended.
Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
