Lynn'S Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. lean pork roast, trim off as much fat as possible
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Texas Pete (or red pepper)
Preparation
    Cook 4 hours at 350\u00b0 or until meat can be pulled apart.
    Stir and remove excess fat after pulling apart.
