Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (small chunks)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into casserole dish.
    Crush 1 package Ritz crackers over the top and cut up 1 stick of margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Delicious!
