Microwave Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 1/4 c. milk
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large glass bowl, microwave, covered with plastic wrap, on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, turning bowl once.
    Drain.
    Add milk, eggs, dry mustard, salt, cheese and bread; mix well.
