Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. rice
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. water
3 c. canned whole tomatoes
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
dash of red pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
Heat oil in skillet.
Add rice and cook until brown.
Add peppers and onion and saute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Cook, covered, on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
