Mocha Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    10 Tbsp. sifted cocoa
    2 egg whites
    about 2 Tbsp. strong coffee (can use instant)
Preparation
    Cream butter and add 1 cup of powdered sugar and cocoa slowly. Mix well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1 cup of powdered sugar to it gradually.
    Add coffee to the butter mixture to help incorporate balance of powdered sugar.
    Then add both mixtures together and beat until fluffy and of spreading consistency.
    Will frost 1 double layer cake.
