Supper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 small cabbage, shredded
    3 medium carrots, sliced thin
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions in frying pan.
    Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until rice is done.
