Sausage And Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. hominy grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 lb. garlic cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    paprika
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    Cook grits in boiling, salted water. Stir frequently for 5 minutes.
    Add oleo and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add milk, eggs and sausage.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
