"El Paso" Border City Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. canned milk
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles
    21 chopped green chiles
    few drops garlic juice (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until transparent.
    Add cheese and milk.
    Let cheese melt.
    Be sure to stir as it will burn if not careful.
    Add Ro-Tel and chiles.
    Cook slow 3 to 4 hours.
    If too thin, grate and add more cheese.
