Broccoli, Mushroom, Water Chestnut Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    4 c. cooked rice noodles
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. minced green onion
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute garlic in sesame oil for 1 minute. Add mushrooms. Cook until moisture is out.
    Add broccoli and water chestnuts.
    Stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add noodles, soy sauce and green onion.
    Toss together well. Steam for 2 more minutes, then serve.
