Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black-eyed peas or 1 can small lima beans
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin rings
1 medium onion, cut into thin rings
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 to 6 romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation

Drain each can of beans and combine thoroughly in large bowl. To beans, add green pepper and onion.
