Fresh Lemon Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 or 2 drops yellow food color
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into ice trays or square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Freeze about 4 hours.
    Makes 1 quart.
