Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    3 slices crumbed bread
    2 eggs
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 c. milk
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Place in 8 x 8-inch greased pan and season with garlic powder.
    Microwave for 20 to 25 minutes on High or bake at 350\u00b0. Also works well with ground turkey or chicken bouillon.
