Apple Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar and let stand for a little while.
Mix dry ingredients together and combine with apples and sugar; add eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
