Spaghetti With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 oz. vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
    1 (10 oz.) can whole or 2 cans minced clams
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can white clam sauce
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. crushed pepper
    canned tomatoes, cut up (for red clam sauce, optional)
