Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 onion
    1 cream of mushroom soup
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    2 c. grated cheese (Gouda, Monterey or Cheddar)
    1 small pimento (optional)
    1 small pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, celery and bell pepper with water. Season to taste.
    When chicken is done, bone and cube.
    Save liquid.
    Mix 2 cans soup with cheese, chicken, vegetables and some of broth.
    Add cooled spaghetti and pimento to mixture.
    Place in casserole.
    Place breadcrumbs on top.
    Warm and eat.
