Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Pare and cut potatoes into quarters.
Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
Dip potatoes in melted butter, then roll in flour mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
