Cantaloupe Strawberry Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe cantaloupe
2 scoops low-fat vanilla ice milk
1 c. fresh ripe cleaned and hulled strawberries
2 tsp. sugar and equivalent substitute
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Have melon well chilled.
Cut in half and scoop out seeds. Fill each half with ice milk.
Puree or blend strawberries with sweetener and orange juice and spoon over ice milk.
Serve immediately. Serves 2.
