Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Measure warm water in bowl.
Sprinkle on yeast and stir until it looks soft.
Add salt, sugar and flour.
Mix well.
Knead dough (press down, fold over and press down again) for 5 to 10 minutes.
Roll and shape dough into anything you want.
Lay pretzels on cookie sheet.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, sugar, etc.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
