Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag California Blend vegetables
    2 eggs (can add extra egg instead of butter)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Thaw vegetables; beat eggs and melt butter.
    Mix all together in medium casserole (minus 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    During last 15 minutes, put rest of Cheddar on top to melt.
