New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill weed or 1 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water (with cover) for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well and let cool.
    Peel potatoes and slice into 1/2-inch slices.
