Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    2 small chopped onions
    1 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach until tender, drain.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish (flat, such as 7 x 11-inch).
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour, or until middle is set.
