Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a small saucepan.
    Heat to a rolling boil over medium heat.
    Boil mixture until a small amount of mixture spins a 6 to 8-inch thread when dropped from a spoon.
