Cheese And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 small box cottage cheese
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water, then dissolve in hot milk with salt. Add cottage cheese, sieved.
    Pour into ring mold and chill until set.
    Serve on lettuce and surround with fruit.
    Place bowl of mayonnaise in center of ring.
