Chicken With A Difference - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish, skin side up, in a single layer (or skin if you prefer).
Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Baste with juice every 10 to 15 minutes. Bake chicken until well browned and tender (approximately 1 1/4 hours) at 350\u00b0.
