Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated peeled zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla, mixing until thick.
    Add zucchini and stir thoroughly.
    Sift salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and flour.
    Add to the first mixture and stir until smooth.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in tube cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
