Pot Of Gold Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, washed and drained
1 cup celery, chopped
3-4 stems shallots, chopped
1 can mandarin orange slices
1 small bag slivered almonds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation

Chop lettuce and mix with celery and shallots.
Add orange slices and almonds.
Mix remaining ingredients to make dressing. Toss dressing with salad.
